I haven't found a use for this feature.
The random number changes each time the page is refreshed.
- Code:
[rand]1,9[/rand]
[rand]10,80[/rand]
[rand]200,900[/rand]
result shown below
- Random number (1,9) : 5
- Random number (10,80) : 19
- Random number (200,900) : 374

To me it is working just like it did before this new beta version. Hit the green quote button and it pulls up the reply box. Hit return to go to the next line and start typing.

Yeah, back to code editor mode by default. Then of course it works. Too bad about WYSIWYG mode. Oh well - hope they keep working on it - odd it worked first day and not now.RoOsTeR wrote:Tell me what happens now gwennifer. Try to quote my post without hitting editor.

Re: This thread is for practicing posting
Well, everyone can stay up to date and posted on the matter just as easily as I can with the links I provided. If people don't like the new editor functions, they can also voice their concerns to forumotion as there's nothing that can be done about it here. It is what it is. Forumotion staff is usually off weekends, so perhaps they'll have a fix Monday for the WYSIWYG issue. Till a real fix comes out, the fix I've put in will have to suffice.

+1 camprn. But we get along without it so I guess we don't need to know. Or maybe we do to make things easier. But my memory is so bad, even if I figured it out I would immediately forget it.
Rooster - I like the last set of emotions you had on the forum. All on the same screen without having to "View more Emotions". But I can easily adapt.

Practicing with smileys, since here on Firefox all the posts I see have the :nameofsmiley: instead of showing the animation. Had to switch to Firefox to be able to reply to a PM, as that action locks up my computer in IE8 since the new forumotion.

So, in a nutshell...If you're still running XP, you need and upgrade! If you're running IE, you should switch to a different browser. Like Chrome or Firefox.

Well, I lost the visual cursor in IE so I loaded chrome, but I have no idea what to do with it. So here I practice. and I would still like to make this smiley bigger within my text. :theuseless:RoOsTeR wrote:Yes, you may want to read this GG that I posted earlier:RoOsTeR wrote:I would also like to give FAIR WARNING! here.
