Hello from South Florida
Hi. I have just started taking on vegetable gardening. I currently have 1 8x4 raise bed with Kale, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Tomatoes and Peppers just starting to grow. I also created a teepee for green beans, peas and cucumbers, with radishes and beets around the border. I have plans for a near future raised bed with a variety of lettuces. I have so much to learn, but so far enjoying all of the processes and steps to get to where I am.

Re: Hello from South Florida
Welcome to the Square Foot Gardening forum, palmbeacher!
It sounds like you're off to a great start! Are you using the Square Foot Garden method?
This forum follows the original Square Foot Gardening technique developed by Mel Bartholomew. If you're not familiar with this method, the approach is described in the easy-to-read book, All New Square Foot Gardening (3rd ed.) . The book is often available at local libraries.
Although, if you weren't already growing things, I might suggest waiting to order the 4th edition, coming out in January.
Happy Gardening!
