I should've just done that from the very beginning instead of going round and round trying to figure out what was out of place...typical male stubbornness I guess.
Thanks for the help boffer.

No, thank YOU, Rooster. I think it looks a lot better. (but I'm biased!)
I'm leaning on the shovel, and Rooster is doing the digging!
You know the county road crews where it takes three guys leaning on shovels to make sure that the one guy digging in a hole is doing it right?camprn wrote:You guys are awesome! Thanks for all you do to keep this forum at it's best!

Can you post a screenshot bnoles? Most used browsers have been confirmed and I've replaced the missing images. Something may be borked on your end.

Re: Red tree icon disappeared
I'm just throwing out ideas...
Bob, you posted a pic of the posts since last logged in. If you hadn't been logged in for the hour and 14 minutes during which those posts were made, you wouldn't see a red tree. Are there no red trees on the index page either?
Can you guys try a second browser?
If using Firefox, the latest version is 21.0. Is an upgrade in order?
Have you re-booted?

Red trees on the index page is progress!
'Posts since last visit' is not a feature I use. I just looked there on my computer, and I don't have any red trees either.
Are you saying that you used to see red trees there?

Don't know for sure, but they aren't there now. No red trees using IE either.

yes..used to see the trees there and on the homepage as well. Now...I'm seeing some red trees, and some blank spots. Can't see a rhyme or reason why some are there and some are not. .

Re: Red tree icon disappeared
As far as the small red trees, it appears anything over a certain post count, no longer shows the trees. There are other icons that come into play as well. Like if you've participated in that thread or not.
And don't hold me to any of this. I'm making it up as I go along

Re: Red tree icon disappeared
K. Confirmed. The red tree will show up till post 20. After that, it's gone. I looked back through many threads and that was a common looking factor so I tested it out. Once I hit 20 posts on my test, the red tree no longer appears.

lol. I can't figure it out either? Some without red trees are posts I HAVE participated in, and others not. Some are posts I've started, some are not. Now..I have all the red trees except my "getting growing in So. Calif" post...weird! It all just started a couple of days ago. It's no biggie, it just takes longer to figure out what I've read before or not...

Re: Red tree icon disappeared
I've always had either a red or green tree to the left of the post..it wasn't blank until a couple of days ago. In fact, when I started this thread, when I went back to check it...there was no red tree and at that point, there was only one post....mine. I hope they get it fixed. I like it the way it was...but I can adapt!!
