I'm kinda suffering from avatar burnout and thought perhaps others had as well.
I am my gardens worst enemy.

Yup, mine will change when I get around to it...... busy, busy! It doesn't look like I'll catch up to July's avatar theme of tomatoes.....

Never may that happen! LOVE the changing avatars! I was just too busy and pooped to get out and get my garden cleaned up enough for decent pics for last month's theme.RoOsTeR wrote:I'm kinda suffering from avatar burnout and thought perhaps others had as well.
I like the idea of what we have preserved.

Thanks. That's my Facebook avatar. I'll use her again in the future. Meanwhile I have a huge bag of tomatoes in the freeze that is aching for a photo shoot I think.camprn wrote:CC, I like the harvest avatar you have now.... just saying...

Re: September Avatar??
So far I have 4-1 gal. bags of Purple King Pole Beans sitting in my freezer. I could take a picture of one of the bags but they turn green once they are blanched. The fun part about growing this vegetable is the color, so this is what they look like before I pick them.

Renee, I have to really search diligently to find my beans and they are dragons tongue. Yours look like they want to group together so you can find them all in seconds with them shouting "Pick Me"!
