Interesting Marketing for Compost
I have never seen anyone advertise Garden Compost like this before. The person advertising it simply dumped a load of compost on the side of the road and stuck a sign on it with the phone number to order Garden Compost. This is out in the country, not near any business or even a house, and doesn't even include a company name. It is near a busy intersection, though, where hundreds of vehicles pass it every day. A very interesting marketing technique.

Shhhhh.....
I thought it best to test it to make sure it is safe for the garden....

Low tech advertising. I wonder how many people have stopped to check it out.

Apparently quite a few have stopped to check it out. Went by there yesterday afternoon, and the pile was about 1/4th the size it originally was. Must have composted down...
