Thanks. I just closed out a half-dozen tabs, then remembered it started with this thread. One thing I'd never heard of is Hugelkultur. Then I just bounced around from there for a couple of (late night, early morning, distracted) hours.

I use this to plan what and when to plant....well sometimes It is keyed by region then by the month.

I have to admit I did NOT use my head this year. I just planted what was available as transplants. We have had such a NON winter that I thought we were in the clear..........WRONG. Getting all my beds screened and amended, new MM beds got the better of me.
