Radish leaf sandwich Empty Radish leaf sandwich

I can't eat radishes. Even the tiniest "mild" radish sets my mouth on FIRE! But I do love the leaves. I usually toss them in a salad, but today I was all salad-ed-out. I made a thick sandwich of them and spread the bread with brie. The brie smoothed out the pepper in the leaf and it was just yummy!!

I wonder if some gardening society somewhere would string me up if I only grew radishes for the leaves!

Have you ever roasted them? They get quite mild when you do this.

If they do, they will have to string me up for growing turnips only for the leaves. Razz
