Regional Forums Empty Regional Forums

The menu choices at the top of the forums currently show:
Square Foot Gardening :: Main Forum :: (Forum you are in)

When I go to Main Forum the view does not show the Regional Forums which I figured out after a lot of playing around. To get the Regional Forums I have to click on Square Foot Gardening. Then I get both Main and Regional. That may be somewhat mysterious to a newcomer.

It would be more self explanitory if we could show possibly

There are three 'categories' on the index page. Main, regional, international. As you surf through each, the navigation functions keep track of where you are within the category. To change categories, you have to return to the index.
