Love the new forums
I didn't have a chance to use the old forums because they were "locked" at the time I first registered... but I'm glad to see phpBB being used for the new forums.. always did love it and it's numerous spinoffs. Good choice!
I built my first box two weeks ago; still have enough wood for another. I'm building 4x8's... I just can't bring myself to spend the money on the extra 2x6... I (FINALLY) found the vermiculite last weekend (No, the big boxes don't have it; Yes, you CAN find it at the Mom and Pop feed stores), picked up the new book earlier this week (already read completely through once), and lastly the compost (to supplement my own compost) and peat moss.
Looking forward to getting started tomorrow!

Hi Jeff
Welcome to the forum. You're right about the software-we're into the 21st century!
Would you mind posting your vermiculite source so that others may benefit from your efforts? Start a thread in the Coastal and Tropical South regional forum, with the title 'Vermiculite available in St. Cloud, FL'. (if that's where you found it) Then post the store and location and any details you care to.
Be sure to ask questions. We'll do our best to help you out.
Thanks
