Air Fryer Zucchini Squash Chips
Our air fryer gets almost daily use when fresh vegetables are coming in from the garden. And Air Fryer Zucchini Chips are one of our favorites - this is our favorite way of making them.
Air Fried Zucchini Squash Chips
2 - 3 Zucchini (4”-6” size) sliced 1/4” thick
¼ Cup Olive Oil
Salt, Pepper, and Red Pepper Flakes
1 Cup Bread Crumbs or Crushed Corn Flakes
1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
½ Tsp Garlic Power
Preheat Air Fryer to 350°F.
1. In large bowl toss Squash, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, and Red Pepper Flakes to thoroughly coat squash.
2. In large flat bowl mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and parsley. Press each slice of squash into mixture, ensuring all sides are coated. Then place squash slices on air fryer tray in one layer without the squash touching each other.
3. Bake for 30 minutes, turning over squash slices half way through.
Serve hot with Ranch Dressing Dip.

The Cuisinart Toaster Air Fryer is one of the best investments we've made - it gets daily use. And, yes, they were delicious!
