Re: How's the Weather Where You're At?
Well, nine degrees was the high for today. If that made you a little hot under the collar the "breeze" cooled you off.

And your fun!
I check out www.weatherbell.com each day; unfortunately, it focuses on the Midwest, East Coast, and Mid-South, for the most part. That gave me advance notice of your current cold spell.
And no, I'm not affiliated with this website in any way. I simply find it a good resource, especially since its forecasters admit to mistakes.

It was here, too, especially the last few days before the snow came. Thank goodness that's finally over!

Yuk, Ralitaco. I guess we're hoarding every bit of spring out here. It was 82 and sunny today, with more of the same tomorrow and the next day. I'm almost caught up on garden chores, but it is really wearing me out.
Re: How's the Weather Where You're At?
Seasonably cold, and snow predicted...we will see. They have been really inaccurate. Just windy and coldish....

I can't complain. It has been a really mild winter; besides, the snow was all gone before the sun set.

Re: How's the Weather Where You're At?
Not only 10 more days of rain, but lows down to 40. I can't ever remember a more depressing spring. Most winters aren't this bad. Thank goodness for indoor gardening. It's the only thing keeping me sane.
Re: How's the Weather Where You're At?
Spring has set in in Colorado! We've hit temps close to 80 in the past week! Another beautiful day today here along the front range. And my daughter is home for spring break, so even better!!
I am my gardens worst enemy.

The Northern portion with lake effect, we still have snow temps in the 30' slowly warming up this week. Was going to put out the bumble and mason houses out. May wait another week due to the snow on the ground doubt even the bumbles are looking to leave their dens yet :>)

Re: How's the Weather Where You're At?
The term "raw" applies to today's weather. We are not getting the weather that Cape Cod is getting, but outside this morning has not been friendly. It is barely above freezing now, but the humidity and a breeze makes me shiver when any skin is exposed. I was outside for a short time and it was snowing, but it was so slight you had to be looking at something dark in color to see the very tiny flakes. Yesterday we had the sun, today not so much so far. The birds and the squirrels are enjoying the feeders and they bring a smile. Spring is coming, spring is coming.

Re: How's the Weather Where You're At?
25 F here this morning.
I'll have to watch like a hawk to decide whether I'll need to warm my cherry and apricot trees up.
To that end, I think I'll hook up my new outdoor extension cord and string up my old-fashioned, non-LED Christmas tree lights. I can easily relocate several gallons of bottled water, as well as some bricks and lava rock, to help with the project.

Wake up was 41. Supposed to get up to 70. Very few clouds. Gorgeous!
Re: How's the Weather Where You're At?
Cold nights keeping everything inside for another 10 days. Getting a break this morning, so I can move some more mulch at least.
Re: How's the Weather Where You're At?
Another beautiful day in Loveland, CO!
We finished cleaning up our square foot boxes yesterday and also planted a couple of trees! Spring is good.

Waiting for the rain to start. It is supposed to be light and continue for a few days.
