I've been holding off on asking what is probably the silliest question.
The brand new light hoods hold two T8 bulbs. Wow, it is such a strong light so embarrassing to ask this blond moment question-- Do I really use both lights or one suspended just an inch or two above the tiny seedlings? Rolling Eyes It just seems so blinding strong. And please be gentle with your answers

I don't have the answer but no question is a dumb question LM. There are so many others, including me, that don't know the answer and will learn from this question and the resultant answers!

I use 2 of the T8 lights above my seedlings last year and everything started just fine. Made the mistake of hiking them up to far and they got leggy so dropped them down and things turned out fine and it is such a savings to start your own plants from seeds!!!!

Currently I have some flowers starting from seeds for my granddaughter and will be starting my tomatoes, cukes, peppers, etc. soon.... Seed light question 3170584802

FLoyd that answer was perfect, just what I was looking for. It's always nice to hear how it turned out for someone else first.
