Bumps on the stem of tomato?

So I've got these odd bumps that have come up on an heirloom german queen tomato plant. This is my first year gardening lol. There doesn't seem to be any other problems with the plant that I can tell... leaves still green, no curling, no dark spots, etc... just the bumps. Soo any idea? Do I need to worry about this... or worry about it spreading to it's neighboring plants? Here's a photo:

Fascinating aren't they? Actually what you see here are the little nodes that will become more roots if the stem is placed onto the soil surface. This is perfectly normal. Very Happy

How cool!! I'd have to look to make sure... but I think this is a side off shoot. Could I technically cut this off and replant it and have two of these tomato plants?
