What's Wrong With My Spinach? Empty What's Wrong With My Spinach?

I saw this today...they are about 10 days old.

Ones on the left has holes (roly poly was running away as I looked), several have yellow/white spots.

What is it and what do I do (organically)?

The holes look like slug damage. The white spots look like water and sun damage. The pill bugs eat mostly decaying matter. But they are food for birds and snakes and other creatures that are helpful in the garden. Very Happy
