Hello from Southeast Ohio

Hello, my name is Teresa and I live in Perry County, Ohio. I have been gardening for a lot of years but this will be my first year at SFG. I bought the book for my brother for Christmas but so I am going to ask to take a look at it after a decent amount of time for him to read it. Wink

I am sure that I will have lots of questions and look forward to reading all the post on this site.

Welcome, from the other bottom corner of the state! This is my first attempt at this whole thing as well. I have found the folks around here very friendly and helpful!

I am your "next door neighbor" to the west in Fairfield County. You may want to get your own copy of the book. It is very friendly reading and you will want to refer to it often. I have notes written all over mine. It will give you a solid background of the square foot gardening method.

If you scroll up this screen on the left side, it says Hover. You should see green nubs and if you click on those, it highlights topics in the sfg method.

Also at the top of the screen in the green bar, click on Home, scroll down to North and Central Region, there is information just for our part of the country.

You will have questions, but you will also see what the fuss is about. The book just has a way of appealing to people wanting less work in less space with little weeding and amending.
