Anyone on the Forum from Albuquerque?
I've only been a member for a couple of months, but have already learned TONS from the fantastic members here. Would love to connect with other SFG fanatics (even if newbies) in Albuquerque Metro area to learn from each other.

I am about 120 north of you in a small town Las Vegas. I like to say we have micro-climates down here but we have found our niches and grow very successfully.

Hi Larry!
Only 120 north of me...that's still in the "neighborhood" in NM!!!
Looking forward to my first SFG this Spring. Curiously enough my local nursery already has tons of cool weather transplants available, even though you couldn't grow them in ABQ without some kind of protection for another couple of months. But I'm keeping a journal so I'll know what to get there when I eventually get to having a transitional garden later in the year...if my own seed starting (first time trying that) doesn't pan out.

If you need seed let me know i have 300 different varieties of tomatos, 29 peppers, 25 squash 10 of watermelon and a assortment of others.

Hi, I'm from the Belen area but my gardening is on hold for this year in favor of fishing, swimming and just being lazy. I might plant a few things for fall harvest but haven't decided for sure yet. Hope you have a great gardening season. Oh, BTW, don't forget the beer!
