Has anyone used Universal Class? Empty Has anyone used Universal Class?

My neighbor & I are going to take the Canning & Preserving class from Universal Class. Has anyone used them before? If so, do you think it was taught well? We are both visual learners and need to SEE someone doing it - it's difficult for us to READ and follow directions since we are both mildly dyslexic.
