Re: long, thin, white worm on my squash *help*
I have no idea what the worm might be but if it were my plant I'd pull out the BT. I have squash plants & melon plants that have splits in the main stem close to the ground. It does not seem to bother them.
On another note how are your "racing" beans coming along? I found a pack of them at my favorite garden store so I planted them right away.

hi Margarita the racing beans are doing great.....so well that someone is nibbling on their leaves a little bit..... they are starting to climb the corn thank you for remembering and asking (((hugs)))
my hubby thinks the worm is a horse hair worm .....its a parasite to grasshoppers and such but wont hurt the veggies or humans.....it sure is an ugly thing though!
