Spent some time experimenting with a way to water the Raised beds.
First thought was to use drip pcv pipe but it laying it on the bed isn't quite right.
Think I will use the raised system and let it dip down on to the bed.
Now will make adjustments for the other two since this was a trial run.

Your idea is similar to mine and as with yours it is still a work in progress. Pictures are deceptive but it looks like you have 1/2" pvc there. My beds are 4 1/3 ft wide and 12 ft long. It is amazing how the dimensions change the dynamics. For each box I put four parallel runs of 1/2" pipe and also tied them together at each far end for support, strength and to let the water back feed somewhere if necessary. In the first bed I drilled 1/16" holes every four inches on both sides about a quarter inch from bottom dead center towards both sides. That has decent coverage but needs to be propped quite level to get an equal water distribution. I can water well enough in under two minutes even though my supply is low pressure from rain barrels up on waist high stands next to the beds. For the second box setup I thought it would be improved by drilling 5/64" holes which are only 1/64 bigger. Not so good there water flow is so much greater it almost doesn't reach the far end. So my conclusion is to use the smaller 1/16" holes or go to 3/4" pipe. I plan to replace the laterals with new 1/2" pipes drilled at 1/16" same 4" spacing because that seems satisfactory. My next problem was the Melco programmable water valve would not actuate at low pressure it needs city pressure to flip the valve open. I have a different one ordered that uses 4 C cells to actuate the valve solenoid. Wished I had it all ironed out by now as I live two places 180 miles apart and it's probably been mostly dry since I was last there. I need to have it smoothly automated because of frequent absences lasting almost two weeks for at least another month or longer. How do your details compare to mine. I lived in Billings for a while and loved looking at the Absaroka Range of the Beartooth's thru my front windows.

You are correct I am using 1/2 pipe drilled with 1/16 holes 4 inches apart.
I am not getting equal spray because I used a hand drill and the holes didn't line up equal on each side. Next round will have a jig made and use a drill press.
Plus since hanging the unit seems to work the best I will make the other end enclosed.
Once all three have the watering unit I will connect them by using a manifold so I can water all three at one time.
The Absaroka have lots of snow this year and lots of flooding in the Billings area. The Crow Reservation is flooding many folks having to be rescued.
We have the Tizer Mountain range the Little Belts to South and East and the Continental Divide to the west out our back door.
We are expecting thunder showers today mid 70s for temp. Got weeds to mow now. LOL
