for the close up photo that helped me a lot. I am a visual person.
So did you weave the top first and then the side poles? I see how the weaving works, but I need the process, step by step I'm afraid.

While all 3 pieces of conduit were disconnected I weaved the top first. I then weaved one of the sides and connected it to the top piece. Last, I pulled the netting tight and weaved the other side of conduit and connected that one to the top. I cut off all the extra little strings hanging around. Hope that helps.

I used your method when I put mine together last week and it worked like a charm. Really quick and easy. for sharing this!

Between the two of you you gave me what I needed to weave my trellis netting onto the galvanized conduit on Friday, and I love it.
Being a bit of an uncoordinated goof, I already had my frames connected, so I just took the net, wove it up the two legs at the same time and stretched the net to the top, (so silly, I was running back and forth between the two sides ) Then I attached the top row with zip ties. To keep the whole thing taut, I also went back later and added zip ties to the sides.
Probably not the easiest way, but it worked. Maybe a bit of overkill, but certainly easier for me than trying to just zip-tie the netting to the frame when it was flopping around and the netting was always uneven and not as taut as I wanted.
Thanks for your great idea, photos and instructions.

Re: Putting up netting; @#$%!
I weaved mine last year which worked easily. However, it only lasted the one year. By the end of the season the netting was breaking from the top rail. I am not sure if I want to try it again this year or go with some other design.
