It's a salad!!!!
I couldn't wait any longer. Even though none of my lettuces are ready, I cut some spinach, a bok choy that was starting to bolt, kale, radishs, onion and parsley (overwintered). Everything from transplants except the radishes. I did cheat and add some store bought spring lettuce mix when I actually made the salad. So tasty.
BUT OH, FOR A GOOD HOME GROWN TOMATO TO GO IN IT.

Re: It's a salad!!!!
My lettuce was really not ready last night either, did not stop me from sneaking a few leaves last night, thing is they looked fuller this morning, go figure, maybe they were a bit crowded. I really do need to thin, but I'm holding out just a bit longer.
Looks delish!!!
