Unfortunately, Doug, it would be nearly impossible to stop that warping without having put heavy supports inside the corners. Adding 4"x4" uprights in the corners and securing the outside boards to them will keep them in place, like this:

First, stop using raw Pine. Cedar.

PVC Boards
It's been a while since I built a new bed, but for my 4x4 beds I used 1x7" PVC boards from Lowe's. It never rots, I don't think there is anything toxic (it's pvc). And for a 4x4 bed, it's strong enough to not bend too much without bracing
