A few garden pics.
WE harvested all of our Broccoli and Cauliflower and now the Cabbage is almost ready to start harvesting. WE have five half barrels of sweet Potatoes and and they're doing really good so far.

Onions doing ok but starting to fall over already.

Peppers and carrots. Hope the Carrots are ready before the peppers shade them out.

Bell Peppers. I cut the tops out of my peppers which make them really bush out.

Looking good, Mr B! It looks like the carrots might shade out the peppers before the peppers can shade out the carrots. Ha! We're already pulling our early carrots, and have the 2nd batch growing.
I always plant Sweet Alyssum on the edges of the beds to attract the beneficial insects, and they always look beautiful hanging down over the beds. But, I had one this year that decided it wanted to grow into the bed instead of down over the edge. Unfortunately, there is a bell pepper planted in the area the Alyssum decided to take over, and it was smothering the pepper. So, I had to put a small piece of fence around the Alyssum to keep it from taking over.

A few more garden pics 2021
On St Patrick's day I planted some Yukon Gold, Red Pontiac and White potatoes. They took off like a rocket and still going strong.

Store bought Elephant Garlic still growing strong. I was able to cut more scapes this morning. The small plants are Petunias coming back from last year. I don't have the heart to pull them up.

Some small pots with Green Onions, Radish and a few flowers.

Planted some late Tomatoes and Peppers yesterday.

Looking good, Mr B! I remember the years when I lived to the south of you, near Sparta. Our garden season started much earlier there than it does here in Ohio. Plus the fact that our garden was on top of what had been a hog pen for many years before we bought the place. Those pigs really enriched the soil!

Thanks O.G and Sanderson. Everything seems to be growing great this year. Especially the grass.

Wow... That looks mighty spiffy... Are those fruit trees in your barrels? I'm thinking about trying a Blueberry, a Fig and maybe a red Gooseberry bush in some half barrels. Not sure if the Fig will grow in my area. I'll have to research it.

Re: A few garden pics.
Yes, those are all fruits in the 7 planted pots. There's an empty 8th pot for either a white peach or a sweet cherry tree next year. Planted are 2 blueberries, 1 lemon, 1 lime, 2 different pears, and 1 nectarine. There are 2 varieties of strawberries transplanted to the empty 2'x4' bed on concrete blocks in the photo. A 25 year old Washington naval orange tree is planted in a corner of the raised flower bed.
