Gluten-free cabbage pasties
I would like to share with my favorite gluten-free recipe
Ingredients
300 grams Gluten Free Flour
1 room temperature egg
7 gram dry yeast
120 ml warm water
100 ml Any vegetable milk (hot)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Sugar to choose
1)Mix yeast with water and sugar. Leave the dough for 15 minutes.
2)Combine the sifted flour with the egg, olive oil and dough. Add hot milk slowly.
3)Knead the dough. It should be soft and supple. Add more flour if necessary. Grease the dough with olive oil. Will form balls and roll out 4-5 mm thick. Put the filling in the middle, pinch the edges and leave the pies for 20 minutes. Bake for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
4)Grease the prepared pies with olive oil, cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
