Hi!
Just wanted to complete reading the newsletter on the first page, but couldn't find it once I logged in.

And to add to the mystery, apparently not everyone was emailed the newsletter like I was.....

When I tried to back track on where it was sent from I got forumotion. My guess is that it is their automatically generated digest. I could unsubscribe via forumotion. But that does not explain why not everyone receives it.

I was discussing this with sanderson. Her speculation is that some people only accept PMs and some accept both PMs and emails. If you don't accept emails, you probably won't get the newsletter.

Let's see if that might be it.

From my preferences in my profile~
I think this is what was changed to 'no' when I unsubscribed.

Allow newsletters "Popular contents" :YesNo
Allow the forum administrators to send you by email the most popular content of the moment (automatic newsletter sent once every 15 days maximum).

I have never received the newsletter even though my profile has my email address enabled as well as "all newsletters" enabled. It looks like there is an "automatic newsletter sent once every 15 days maximum" according the the following in my profile. Never seen it.

Allow newsletters :Yes No
Newsletters are massive e-mails written and sent by this forums Administrators. If set to yes, you will receive them in your e-mail inbox.

Allow newsletters "Popular contents" :Yes No
Allow the forum administrators to send you by email the most popular content of the moment (automatic newsletter sent once every 15 days maximum).
