Do You Get The SFG Newsletter?
Howdy Folks:
Do you get the SFG Newsletter? If not go to the main page of this site and click on "What Is SFG" then click on "Newsletter" and subscribe. The newsletter should come to you monthly (or more often) as an e-mail.
God Bless, Ward.

Re: Do You Get The SFG Newsletter?
Thanks, Ward! I've been taking the newsletter for years and finally created a special SFG folder to "organize" my Inbox, then forgot to look in it LOL Just found the June issue featuring our CO-OP SFG projects ~ YAY!! :-) That's actually my daughter and son-in-law with their wee bairn in the first photo (local family.) We helped them set up a Square Foot Garden for an anniversary/housewarming gift.
Re: Do You Get The SFG Newsletter?
Could not find the link -- what is SFG? Do you have a direct link to the newsletter?

Online Square Foot Gardening (SFG) Newsletter Archives
Hello there! SFG = Square Foot Gardening Must have changed the layout of the Home page since Ward created this thread.
Here's the link to the online archive: http://us2.campaign-archive1.com/home/?u=24dc64109da6ba547e220f565&id=aa5edb2f80 Once you click into a newsletter, you'll see a Subscribe button (upper left-hand corner) for delivery to your Inbox. HTH (Hope That Helps!)

LOL
"What is SFG?" are Ward's words to describe a link on the web site. His post is a little confusing because he chose to edit the color of the words. They were never links.
This thread is three years old, and the web site has changed several times since then.
Thread Year not 2013/
Hi boffer! The date on Ward's original post is April, but I don't see a year, so I assume it's current. Perhaps you're looking at Ward's join date in the left-hand column.
Re: Do You Get The SFG Newsletter?
Maybe I do know...do you have your time format selected with one that doesn't show the year ie. the first and third options? You can change it in the Profile link in the green nav bar at the top of the page.
I dunno, but I'll check!
LOL Too funny, boffer -- think you may have something there. This is the screencap from Chrome:
Yep, that fixed it!
Thanks for taking time to help me clear up the mystery, boffer (and sorry about calling you RoOsTer, earlier!) No wonder camprn was questioning my motives for dredging up old posts LOL Well, it was worth it to get a new subscriber to the SFG newsletter, anyway ;-)
Re: Do You Get The SFG Newsletter?
Never knew about this until it appeared in my email box for the first time this morning. Where have I been?
Re: Do You Get The SFG Newsletter?
Same here. Some one messing around must of done an automatic signup of us. Or something. All it had was what is trending here. I dunno If I like that but it probably is not hard to unsubscribe. I will give it a few days.

I didn't receive anything in my email and I can't find "What is SFG?"
Re: Do You Get The SFG Newsletter?
I think I found the setting under Profile, Preferences. Fourth item is 'Allow newsletters'

Re: Do You Get The SFG Newsletter?
I just got one on Friday, but I don't remember getting one before. Maybe when I was actively posting I did, but that was at least a year and a half ago.

I have not received any more since that one time last week. I wonder what tickled the software innards so did that.

Re: Do You Get The SFG Newsletter?
sanderson, you may want to contact Laura. Since they've started the new web site they may be exploring and tweaking things here on the Forum too.
I did not receive an email.

I have seen women looking at jewelry ads with a misty eye and one hand resting on the heart, and I only know what they're feeling because that's how I read the seed catalogs in January - Barbara Kingsolver - Animal, Vegetable, Miracle
