My Shreveport Garden 2017
Well the 2017 gardening session is officially in gear.
My Baker Creek seeds came in today and I immediately got my Broccoli started.
I still think its 2016 lol.
My goal is to be more active on here this year. This is a good start. I have several projects I am working on this year and I will keep you all posted.
Happy gardening.

It must be very exciting to start seeds already. I have a couple of months to go yet. Your collections of seeds looks great. Have you grown any of those before?

I have not CapeCoddess, these are all new varieties I am trying for one reason or another. MY tried and true I already had seeds or harvested seeds.

Hey Cappy I enjoy reading about your south Louisiana adventures.
OK so I missed posting last week.
But here are my broccoli seedling progress.
The Waltham broccoli took about 2 weeks to sprout while the Goliath sprouted in about 5 days. The Waltham seem is about two years old so maybe that has something to do with it.
And here is one my new projects coming along, but not as quick as I had hoped. This will be a 12' x 12' insulated shed where I hope to be able to move all of my seedlings into in the future.
