Is the location better for you, RAJARPCGP?  More room, more sun, less noise? Nearer the Pub?

Looks like it's actually in a lower elevation and there seems to be more sun in the front.

There's work that needs to be done alright!

Perhaps a whole new way of gardening.  I don't know how I would manage if I got transported to Florida or Ottawa.
