Good morning everyone~

The most challenging vegetable for me to cook is cauliflower. A positive way to look at it is "it's a blank canvas."

Well, I found this free e-book this morning and I thought I would share to the link. Many of the recipes look good to me. I really like the looks of the Cauliflower with Lemon Juice and Sherry Vinegar Salad.
