Good morning all,

I was browsing through some free Amazon digital books and I came across the above offering for a pair of food preservation books.

I am not yet familiar with canning or drying, but to me, this book looks like a good introduction. So far, it has six reviews with an average 4.5 stars out of 5.0.

I'd like to caution that Amazon book costs fluctuate hourly. You might want to take advantage of this offer quickly.

Can the e-books be download to a computer? I don't have anything other than my iphone and computer.

Yes. Click on the li k on your computer. There will be a button, near the right I think, that says "download Kindle for pc.". That will let you read any of the Kindle ebooks for free. They have lots of free books, differs from day to day.

At first it was not available to me here in the UK so I copied the book details and pasted it into my UK amazon account where it came up as a freebie. Just in case they change their minds and try to charge me for it I've down loaded it to my kindle and started to read the first page .

Thanks ever so much , I'm hooked into simple long term preserving of foodstuffs .
