Radish & Cream Cheese Spread
An old favorite of my Mothers and something to do with all those radishes going nuts in your garden.
1 - 8oz package cream cheese
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
Dash paprika
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup finely chopped radishes
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
Mix first five ingredients together until smooth (let the cream cheese and the margarine come to room temperature to aid mixing).
Add radishes and onions.
Chill several hours and serve with crackers. Also great on bagels.
Dip is better if made the day before and allowed to sit in the fridge.
