Hi from St. Louis County, MO!
This will be my first time with SFG; in the past I did traditional gardening in a 60'x80' plot. LOTS of work and weeding and well, you can imagine . Now I have access to a 4'x8' plot in a community garden, and am intrigued by this new concept! Ordered the new book and am looking forward to getting started. Anyone else from this area?

to the forum!! You will love square foot gardening and be an addict like the rest of us before you know it!! If I am remembering correctly Landarch is from KS area so you will be in good company as far as any advice goes for your area. I am sure there are more but that's the one I remember of the top of my head. Have fun and keep us posted on your progress!

Barbara. I am not from your area but wanted to welcome you! Good for you getting the book! You will be amazed at how much you can grow in the space you have and how much less work it will be than row gardening!
