Monthly Avatar Theme February: Show Yourself!
Ever wonder what your favorite posters look like? I've heard back in the younger days of the forum, many members used pictures of themselves as their avatar. I think it will be fun to see what others look like that we keep interacting with day after day.
Who's game? Show Yourself!
Here's me in my garden last summer. Hangin with the sunflowers.

The final garden humiliation! Here I am on my first day with my first (and only) digital camera trying to figure out which buttons do what, purchased to chronicle my adventure into SFG.
GG
PS - Yes, I did get a few shots of the future garden area that day as well!

Nice to see ya Goose! Hey that picture looks just fine when I turn my phone upside down. At least you got a head shot. I usually get my feet lol. Thanks for sharing.

Good to see you too, Rooster! I do have one of the leg shots as well - taken the same day!

I'll play but I already humiliated myself with my top banana award in a different thread. 56 is pretty cool and I'm not one for following directions anymore so this is a future llama momma back in the late 50's ....

Oh this is fun! Everybody has faces! Whoda thunk. And such nice faces at that! I don't have any face shots since I'm usually the photo taker. Hmmm...
This is me...lost in a fog, as usual
And here I'm showing off my 2 compost piles, of course (can't get away from it):

Re: Monthly Avatar Theme February: Show Yourself!
Goosegirl and everyone - Y'all Look Great! I was going to go outside in a bit to take a pic of myself with the compost or llamas but with the windchill it is -2 degrees. I'll update the avatar another time. I don't want to look at that kid all month long!
Goosegirl, you can easily get your camera and open your personal photo album of pictures and just take a picture of A Picture. Real Easy and put it on your computer. Just plug in your thingy into your camera and plug the other end into the computer. The computer should recognize the camera is plugged in and start asking you questions re: what do you want to do with the pictures. You can view, or print, or save to documents, etc. And that's all I know cause I'm pretty bad with computers.

Whoa, sounded to me like she was considering changing her avatar and didn't know how. Imho my response was not senseless banter topic material. Perhaps a simple misunderstanding.
