If this has been asked and answered, please point me in the right direction!

In 'profile' , mine or anyones.
What do these mean or stand for? Who votes/decides this stuff?

Hmmm, this is a good question for Rooster! The only one I know is the thumbs up button is how you get your "reputation". If someone likes what you have to say then you get a thumbs up. I am going to go look at the other ones, I might be back...

I'm not sure and I could be totally wrong, but I believe that here on our Forum there is currently not any value to those things you listed. However, they remain part of the program that the Forum runs on. I always wondered what I could redeem my points for.... What a Face

I did not list the values for they must change.

I've done some figuring, and positive votes given, means how many 'thumbs up' that you have given.

positive votes rec. means that is how many thumbs up you have been given.

I still could not find anywhere to redeem my points!

What I mean is that they have no value, no meaning here on our forum. Despite the numbers, they are worthless here and just take up the spaces the programmer gave them.

The points mean nothing. The points cannot be be redeemed for anything. There is no negative (disabled) reputation capabilities.
If I can put it into simple terms, the reputation system is part of the program that allows the thumbs up feature to work.

It's all explained in the link provided. It's a feature being tested. If you like or agree, or find a post particularly useful, you have the ability to "thumbs up" the post. Similar to "like" or "+1".
