Did two batches of salsa this weekend 1) black bean and grilled corn, 2) roasted red pepper...everything grown in the garden except the corn and black beans. Chunky - Homestyle.

I just wing it...base recipe is diced tomatoes, green pepper, red pepper, jalepeno pepper, cumin, caning salt, black pepper, fresh cilantro, cider vinegar, garlic...boil down (ladle-off excess liquid and save for chili in the winter) then add tomoato paste to thicken. I kinda like mine with big pieces of veggies...not like some friends who run everything through a food processor...takes some time but worth it.

I added canned black beans and corn off the grill as a twist.
