Here are some pictures of my garden I promised to post.

Here are all the different kinds of compost I was able to find for my mix....
Sheep, Cow, Worm, Organic Compost from my Recycling Center, Coconut Fiber, Rice hulls, Mushroom.

I've been fighting a war with Rabbits, Squirrels, and Chipmunks this year, so i had to replant multiple times. I have most of the critters under control now.

I have Roma Tomatoes, Heirloom Tomatoes, Onions, Cucumbers, Bell Peppers, Peas, Green Beans,
Strawberries, Carrots, Beets, Watermelon, Potatoes, and Grapes. I have a ton of herbs as well.

This fall I'm going to completely redesign my garden for easier access to plants, and build a frame around it so i can put up greenhouse plastic in the spring and fall to extend the growing season.

Just outside my garden you can see the potato cage I made. Can't wait to open it up and get my potatoes.

Absolutely beautiful! I think I may steal your design there for the PVC frame for netting. Rabbit issues as well!

If you are going to do the pvc frame, make sure you use some kind of wire for the netting. The rabbits chewed holes through the plastic.

I also put up 7 foot high deer netting to keep everything out, but the rabbits chewed a hole through that too, and the chipmunks kept getting in somehow. I tried getting rid of them nicely but it just wasnt working, so I made a few chipmunk swimming pools. I also dug 6 inches down around my entire yard, and attached hardware cloth to my chain link and buried it again. No more rabbits. The deer netting is too flimsy, so the squirrels refuse to climb on it.

So now after months of my garden being torn up and destroyed, I have finally gained control again.

I cant wait to implement my new design. It's going to be great.

I really like how your garden looks, very neat and eatable (is that a word? thinking )! I really like the trellis and have been thinking of doing something like that myself- keep up the good work bounce !
