Iceberg lettuce
Why did it get moldy and die at the base? Are my other plants affected?

Was it touching the dirt? It may have picked up mold from the ground.

That's my best guess.. If leaves are bent over and laying on the ground I remember somoene on here telling me it can cause disease.
