I would like to help you. Would you please post a few more photos including a larger, rather wide angle photo of the plant and a close up that is not over exposed. I really cannot see anything but brightness in the photo that was posted. Also a description of when and why you became suspicious that something was wrong would be helpful.

Figured it out
It wasn't as bad as I thought. I went to local nursery and it's just from overwatering, so I am letting everything dry out a bit. Thanks! I knew it was getting overwatered, but just didn't know if I had caused a disease. Whew! Easy fix and a little organic tomato food for it later on tonight.
