propagandhi!
We have several members in the Coastal and Tropical South who I'm sure will be along to greet you! There are several in Florida. Check out your regional forum and feel free to use the search box in the upper left to search specific topics of interest to you.
Have you read the All New Square Foot Gardening (2006) book yet? Your bed sounds really great! In SFG, we call the elevated beds "TableTops" so when you search you may want to use that term to get some ideas.
Keep us posted on your progress! Happy to have you here!

Hello From South Georgia!
Greetings Propagandhi,
Welcome to the forum. You will have fun and learn a great deal of information from everyone on here. I recently joined and have been on the forum everyday and everyday for about a week before I joined. I am originally from South Georgia (Albany) but I'm living in Metro Atlanta now. Howdy from Decatur, GA!
This is my third year doing SFG, and overall it's been great. My first garden was the exact same dimensions, but now I've got the gardening bug and seven boxes.
What are you growing?

Goosegirl,
This horse is a miniature palomino horse and it is not mine but a picture of one. I really want a miniature but my husband thinks that you don't need a horse if you can't ride it. He wants several full size horses and are looking to get them in the near future.
