Jung Seed Genetics
Are Jung seeds and Jung Seed Genetics owned by the same company Monsanto? Monsanto lists Jung Seed Genetics as one of their brands on their web page.

Re: Jung Seed Genetics
From the JUNG spring catalog page 44, " to our knowledge, none of our food products have been developed through the mechanical transfer of genetic material between genera, families or kingdoms." However, judging from the way the disclaimer is worded, I get the feeling they would use GM if more testing determined it was safe.

I don't think they're connected, but after reading a bunch of negative responses from customers, I know I wouldn't order from them either.

You can check out reviews for mailorder seed catalogs here: davesgarden.com/products/gwd/
IMO, Jungs is not one to order from. I get 3-4 catalogs from them a year, never buy from them. They are in the "junk" category to me.
Best places to buy are Baker's Creek, Bountiful Gardens, Southern Exposure, Seed Saver's Exchange.
Good places to buy are Fedco, Pinetree Gardens, Territorial, High Mowing, Johnny's.
Miller is good for trees, shrubs, bushes, grape vines, fruit canes, etc.

Re: Jung Seed Genetics
I was wondering why they are included in the list of seed companies on the forum. With all the negtive things I have heard about them. Perhaps they should be tacken off the list. There are hundreds of other seed companies out there surely Jung could be replaced by one of them.
