Hi everyone,

I have what looks to be powdery mildew on my cucumbers. Neem extract on a 7 day cycle doesn't seem to be controlling it. I started with a mixture of baking soda, oil, and dishwashing liquid and then moved to neem when that wasn't working. Is there anything else I should try? Or should I use the neem more frequently?

Thanks in advance.....

The humidity this past week has been terrible, hasn't it?! PM has EXPLODED all over my garden despite all my preventative sprays.

Things I've tried:
neem oil
cornmeal
liquid copper fungicide
milk/water solution

I also prune and dispose of as many affected leaves as possible.

Pretty sure I'm just delaying the inevitable, though. All of my curibits die of PM eventually (except for the ones that the SVBs got this year).

Yes, it has been miserable lately! I hope the cukes make it a while longer... so far I've gotten a whopping 3 cucumbers off of about 10 plants!

Which ones of those that you've used have been the most effective? I'm spraying with neem tonight..... sigh! Smile

I actually think the milk/water mixture has been the most effective. I'm going to go back to that next.
