Re: Any Minnesota SFGers??
Definitely some green action! Peas are 3" tall, kohlrabi is up, broccoli is up, onions doing great, now have 9 (yes NINE) radishes, 4 strawberries survived, and 12 of my 16 carrot week nantes survived after scooping up (no bottom to hold mix in place) and moving the box TWICE!
I am going to plant my beans this afternoon and they are in for a deluge tomorrow, so that should be good for germination. My grids are all finally in place and I just have to make my last 3 trellises before putting out my 'maters and melons next weekend.

Re: Any Minnesota SFGers??
I spent all day yesterday planting odds and ends since the garden and raised beds were planted a few weeks ago. Because I have so many seedlings, I mixed up a big batch of MM yesterday for my large flower pots and mixed flowers in with tomato and hot lemon peppers, LOL! Transplanted the very last into the garden yesterday too---my sons Lumina pumpkin plants, some herbs and a few more butternut squash. Also did all the herb boxes on the back deck. I think we are officially full with no place left to shove anything.
Yesterday was also flower day---36 dahlia, wave petunia, filling the flower boxes along the front porch and a few hundred others, spreading mulch, and finally cleaning up all the garden stuff off the back deck and out of the garden. I think I just need one more full day to finish up the odds and ends and to figure out what I want to do with my hanging baskets.
