Re: Hello from Oklahoma
Well, hello there to another NE Okie!! I spent a lot of my stomping days around Grand Lake. Langley, Duck Creek, and Ketchum are places I used to know well. It's great to have you here.
You are anticipating correctly. The people here are so nice and so eager to help. I can also tell you that pictures are worth more than 1000 words here. We love to brag about our accomplishments. But, pics also help in asking questions.
Speaking of questions, never be shy to ask something. And, feel free to look around the other forums. I'm sure there is something there from cooking, to composting, to just joking around in the Outside the Box section.
Hopefully, you have a copy of the All New SFG in the banner above. It will prove to be your best resource.....other than us....lol. While you're looking around, stop in your regional forum, too. You may find some information there that pertains more closely to your locality.
Great to have you and see you around the forums!

You are right, you will find bunches and bunches of help here, another tip is to check out the regional forums, you can hang out in 1, or 2, or post in all of them, we all do. I watch the Lower South, and I'm the host too, but watch the upper south and the Northern & Central Midwest. I tell people it's cuz I grew up there, but it's really to bug BackyardBirdGardener-he's a Cards fan, but I won't hold that against him, he knows his SFG.
Post pictures when you can, we love them, and let us know how we can help.
Re: Hello from Oklahoma
Welcome, grew up in Tulsa, so I am familiar with your neck of the woods... SFG can be a bit addictive...
