Re: Hello from interior Alaska
We are so happy you have joined our forum. It is a great place.
Where in Alaska are you? For years we lived in Whitehorse, Yukon so spent a lot of our vacation time in Alaska. There are a few others on here from your great state. There was one person in North Pole last fall and another person just posted yesterday or today from the Kenai penn. i am now in central British Columbia so I have about a month or month and a half less winter than we did in the Yukon plus we don't get much of that -40 stuff here but a lot more snow. I am still waist deep in snow.
What are you planning to grow and how soon can you get started?

Welcome
Welcome to the forum, Alaskapac.
We had another member join recently from Alaska who is in growing zone 3. Do you know your grow zone? This time of year we enjoy seeing the photos being posted by southern US members who give us hope that spring is moving northward.
Keep us posted on how your garden grows, and if you need help there are lots of people here happy to help if they can.

Welcome aboard from the middle of the Mississippi River system. Glad you found us.
If you don't mind, are there details you can share with me about the interior and where you are from? Alaska is a HUGE state. Close to Fairbanks?
