my bush beans are just about done but i want more for the freezer. i don't have room any where else, so was thinking on just rippin out the old plants and putting in a new crop there.what would happen? thanks

As long as you are adding some more compost you will be fine.

You risk transferring possible diseases when planting the same crop in the same place. That being said, it's exactly what I did. Just be sure to add plenty of compost to give the new plants a boost. I will not plant beans in that same spot next year.
