I did use quikcrete forms! I hatched out ducks and had to make a throughway between two totes when they had grown too much for the single tote (but were still too small to put outside) I had the rest of the tube left with no other possible use, so I thought I would put the zucchini and squash in there this year. I doubt they will hold up for next season, but at least I don't have a 3 ft tube floating around with nothing to do but take up space!
Thanks for letting me know where the plant pics are, I will definitely be using them for planning next season's expansion.
I have been telling everyone about your beautiful english garden, and how 3 years ago you just had a couple boxes in the back yard. This is surely addictive. My sister and I are already talking about what we want to do differently next year. This year it is 16 x 16 and next year we are going to 16 x 32!!!
Happy Gardening... We would love to see some updated pictures!
TinaKocher2000 I love your garden and your fence! Did you use the quikcrete forms for planters (the tube thingies)? that is a cool idea.
I got the plant pictures from Gardeners supply website. They have a garden design tool at http://www.gardeners.com/Kitchen-Garden-Planner/kgp_home,default,pg.htm
