Cauliflower

Anyone grow Cauliflower? Part of my cauliflower head has a very slight pink starting to show up, is it beginning to flower or is it getting a fungus? It has been warm so I wander if it is going to flower?

Wow, no cauliflower growers? There has to be atleast one person out there that knows something about cauliflower. Hoo Hoo, where are you?

Sorry, I'm growing cauliflower... got 5 plants, but they are all doing diddly-squat right now... not a head in sight! A couple of my plants are struggling since the stupid cabbage worms were feasting on them and one of my plants, while un-munched, is just taking it's sweet time time growing! Sorry I can't help you! this...
but from what I remember last year, they did get a slight pinkypurple color before flowering.

Did you pick your cauliflower when it bloomed, if you did what did it taste like?

One I missed, the other I plucked and it was still tasty!

I've got cauliflower as well, but nary a head in sight...yet! Sorry!
