Boy howdy, it is just amazing how fast my garden is growing. Took this pic yesterday, about five weeks after planting. The tomatoes, eggplant and gourds were transplants, but they weren't more than six or eight inches high when I put them in, and the corn, beans, cukes and peas are from seed.

At five weeks! Mygard11

as compared to how it looked at 2 weeks after planting:

Well, I am hesitant to declare success till I get to harvest stuff, but I am delighted with the progress. There's a 2" eggplant started, and those tomatoes are going to get fried green because the wait is killing me. At five weeks! Icon_lol

We grabbed a couple of onions, some Thai and some jalapeno peppers and one little beet to go with supper, (dinner for everybody else), At five weeks! Icon_biggrin and I can report from first hand experience that the thai pepper is HOT!!!

Have some tiny green beans, the squash and the cukes are blooming, and the tomatoes are going crazy. We may have some fried green tomatoes later, but not until we have feasted on some ripe ones. They are about baseball size now.
