Hello from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
I’m a totally new gardener of any kind when it comes to outdoor plants. I’ve decided to jump in with both feet and started researching in January what I wanted to do this year, settling on starting an edible garden. The goals:
1. grow one thing each member of my family wants to eat from the garden (including my two picky eater daughters!)
2. Get outdoors
3. Learn new and cool stuff!
I’m looking forward to learning from those on this forum and seeing what comes of my efforts this year.
Happy gardening,
Lolo

Re: Hello from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
Hi, Lolo, Welcome to the Forum from California! What a neat idea to grow one thing for each person. I urge you to read ALL NEW Square Foot Gardening, either the 2nd or the 3rd Edition. If you have any questions, we are here to help you sort it out. Keep a journal and take photos for your journey this summer.
