Veggie Pizza
- Some cheap biscuits and sauce
- Fried eggplant from an earlier dinner, green peppers, poblano, onions.
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Another layer of Fried eggplant, green peppers, poblano, onions, some more sauce and another layer of mozzarella cheese, then into the oven at 450° for 10 minutes then temp is turned down to 350°

Till it's done, it all depends on what you put on top of it, this was at 350 maybe 15 minutes.

I use cheapo biscuits because they don't rise to much.
I placed the biscuits in the pan and squished them down.
They do rise enough to fill the pan.
